DopDe Wallet End User License Agreement (EULA)

Important Note: This End User License Agreement (EULA) is provided in multiple languages. In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you and DopDe, the owner and operator of the DopDe Wallet application ("we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for your use of the DopDe Wallet mobile application ("Application").

1. License Grant We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Use Restrictions You agree not to: a) Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application b) Rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Application c) Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application d) Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of this Agreement

3. Data Privacy The collection and use of your personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

4. Financial Information and Application Features

4.1 Income and Expense Tracking: The Application allows you to track your income and expenses. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of all financial information you provide.

4.2 Smart Savings: The Application allows you to create "smart savings" for your financial goals. It is recommended that you set realistic goals when using this feature.

4.3 Shared Lists and Accounts: The Application enables you to share shopping lists and accounts with other users. You are responsible for the privacy and appropriateness of the information shared.

4.4 Installment and Subscription Tracking: The Application helps you track your installments and subscriptions. It is your responsibility to regularly update this information.

4.5 Multi-Currency Support: The Application allows you to conduct transactions in different currencies. Exchange rates may not be real-time and are for informational purposes only.

4.6 Financial Reporting: The Application provides reports and graphs related to your financial situation. These reports are for informational purposes and do not substitute professional financial advice.

4.7 Important Note: The Application does not provide professional financial advice. You are strongly advised to seek professional consultation for any financial decisions you make

1. Disclaimer of Warranties The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties.

2. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

3. Modifications We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting in the Application or on our website.

4. Termination We may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Application will cease.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without affecting the rights of users arising from consumer protection laws in their own countries.

9.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through mutual negotiations. If the parties fail to reach a resolution within thirty (30) days of commencing negotiations, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Istanbul.

9.3 However, if mandatory local laws require a different jurisdiction, such laws shall prevail.

9.4 The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply to this Agreement.

1. Data Backup and Security

10.1 It is recommended that you regularly back up your data. We are not responsible for data loss or synchronization errors.

10.2 You are responsible for the security of the account information you use to access the Application. You should immediately notify us if you notice any unauthorized use related to your account.

By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.
